TITLE: Graphic Designer
DUTIES: Conceive, design, and develop appealing artistic-aesthetic layouts, graphics, logos, and other creative output appropriate for inclusion in the design and visual appeal of belts and other fashion products of the company, as well as media for advertisement and branding of the goods in production. Graphic designs include various elements to be incorporated into marketing materials such as brochures, pamphlets, catalogues, advertisements, trade show displays, presentations, and other corporate image communications. Graphics and other images include combination of computer-generated, computer-assisted, and hand-drawn creations, as well as enhanced and transferred photographic images. Depending on such factors as project timetables, budgets, and other available resources, determines workflow and production schedules for design activities. May liaison with outside providers of printing and other services. Oversees and enhances user experience of company website, with special attention to visual and aesthetic elements. Development work is conducted in regular consultation with management to ensure consistency, accuracy, and the commercial appeal orientation of the themes and content of all graphic designs. In addition to freehand drawing and painting, uses the following non-exclusive list of computerized design tools: professional CAD software, photographic reproduction, and integration of all such elements. Includes selection and use of, among others: Adobe Dimension, Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Flash, 123D Design and Adobe Creative Suite. Reports to: Marketing Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, or Fine Arts with design concentration or closely related.
2. Experience: 1 year of experience in job offered as Graphic Designer.
